1. Payment options

Payment can be made by credit or debit card: Visa and MasterCard are accepted, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Payment is possible in Euros or US Dollars.

Accepted:

All card payments are processed by an electronic payment system. Payment security is provided by the SSL protocol, which transmits confidential information from the client to the payment system server for further processing; onward transmission goes through private bank networks of the highest protection level. Confidential card data (card number and other details) is collected and processed ONLY in the processing centre and is not collected or stored by balletandopera.com.

The payment system supports "Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard SecureCode".
The amount is charged as shown in your order; if your card is in another currency, conversion is done by your card issuer at its exchange rate.

2. Tickets delivery/collection

All tickets are electronic (e-tickets). The tickets are sent to the e-mail address given in the order. No courier delivery or collection at a box office is needed.

Show the e-ticket on your phone screen at the entrance or print it at home — both are accepted.

If the tickets have not arrived, please check the spam folder first, then write to tickets@balletandopera.com with your order number.

3. Cancellations and changes

Ticket Cancellation and Exchange. Once tickets have been confirmed and issued, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This policy applies to all confirmed tickets, including those that have already been purchased from the venue and delivered to the customer. All performances are subject to change or cancellation by the venue or the event producer at any time, without prior notice. This may include changes to the programme, schedule, cast, or other aspects of the performance.

4. Ticket Pricing Policy

All prices displayed on this website include any applicable taxes, service charges, and processing fees. There are no hidden costs — the final price shown at checkout is the total amount payable for the order.

The prices include different service and processing fees, these are divided into 4 price classes:

• Price class 0: 0% surcharge, which means the final price is identical to the original price

• Price class 1: Ticket sales include a service and handling fee exceeding 5% of the original ticket price, which is already included in the final price shown

• Price class 2: Ticket sales include a service and handling fee exceeding 25% of the original ticket price, which is already included in the final price shown

• Price class 3: Ticket sales include a service and handling fee exceeding 30% of the original ticket price, which is already included in the final price shown

• Price class 4: Ticket sales include a service and handling fee exceeding 40% of the original ticket price, which is already included in the final price shown.

Pricing is classified into categories based on the level of service and effort required. These fees reflect the varying levels of complexity involved in ticket procurement, order processing, and financial handling. In some cases, an additional concierge service fee may apply — for example, when sourcing tickets for sold-out events or fulfilling special customer requests. Such fees will be communicated to the customer in advance, if applicable. By placing an order, the customer authorizes balletandopera.com to charge the designated account or credit card for the full amount of the order, including any applicable service or concierge fees as outlined above.

5. Privacy policy

Your personal information, such as your name, e-mail address, phone number and delivery details is used only to process and deliver your order.
This information is completely confidential and will not be passed to any other party.
All the confidential payment details (card number and other details) is collected and processed ONLY by the processing center of the payment system. This information is neither collected nor stored on this website.
