The Vestibule
The vestibule of the mansion is as it was when the property was last redesigned by A. Maximov. It is neo-classical in style. The upper vestibule and gallery are embellished with rococo motifs.
The Grand Theatre Hall
Designed for theatrical productions (a winged Genius holding a lyre soars above the stage with the muses of tragedy and comedy). The style is rococo. The ceiling has been restored and the original mirrors retained.
The Moorish Drawing Room
A truly enchanting and luxurious drawing room. The wall decoration contains elements of the von Derviz coat of arms.
The Maple Drawing Room (Supper-Room Ante-chamber)
Executed in the Louis XVI style. The finely carved maple-wood wall panels frame silk landscapes (by Penon).
The Red Drawing Room
The style is Italian renaissance. Part of the room is formed by galleries that connect the mansion on Galernaya Street to the wing on the Embankment, with the other part of the room retained behind the dividing wall.
The Grotto
With its glass ceiling, the Conservatory was designed to resemble an enchanted grotto. The room now plays host to soirees of chamber music and concerts to piano accompaniment.
