Was born in family of hereditary musicians. She is graduated from St.Petersburg conservatoire, laureate of All-Russia, All-Union and International (Vienna, 1959; Great Britain, 1963) competitions.
E.Murina is professor of St.Petersburg conservatoire; she leads master-classes in Germany, Great Britain, France, South Korea; she is member of jury of many piano competitions.
